Below you will find links to the main tracks that you can explore on your journey to the tip of Australia.

The Main Track To The Tip

There is the main track the Peninsula Development Road and Bamaga Road. This starts at Lakeland and takes you all the way to Bamaga. Then you take the Pajinka Road from Bamaga to get to Pajinka The Tip of Australia.

The PDR

Peninsula Development Road (PDR) is a long mostly wide dirt road. There are sections of tar. At times is can have a lot of corrugations. 2WD vehicles can travel along the PDR.

The Bloomfield is a coastal track from Cape Tribulation to Wujal Wujal. And in the right conditions can easily be done by 2WD vehicles.

The CREB stands for Cairns Regional Electricity Board. It used to be the track to service the powerline from Cairns to Cooktown. Track is best done in the dry.

The Frenchmans Track is 53kms long. There are east and west sections. With the exception of 2 river crossings the track is fairly easy.
